Sam qualified as a legal executive in June 2012 and joined our dispute resolution team in October 2022.
He specialises in a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including contentious probate, breach of contract, property disputes and professional negligence cases.
Contentious probate
Sam’s specialist area is contentious probate including claims under the Inheritance Act and Undue Influence; disputes arising from breach of contract (in particular, property development, property disputes). This includes those under the Trusts of Land and Appointments of Trustees Act and Professional Negligence cases in particular, relating to Solicitors Advice.
He represents a wide range of clients including private individuals and limited companies.
Sam quickly identifies the issues in order to provide specialist advice to ensure that the matter is efficiently progressed, relieving the stress to the client in the process, and brought to a conclusion.
