Liz Walmsley

Liz Walmsley is the firm’s director of operational change and facilities. She has over 30 years of experience working in law firms, with 12 years of experience focussing on change management in the legal sector.

Liz has extensive expertise in programme management, business analysis, and strategic planning. Her role here at the firm sees her focussing on internal improvement projects to enable the delivery of the firm’s strategy across both legal and operational departments, including efficiency through case management development, maximizing the use of business intelligence data, and utilising online legal resource tools.

Her work further involves responsibilities for our buildings, front of house, and facilities management. She is a member of the firm’s Environment Social and Governance (ESG) strategy board, working to deliver environmental goals.
