Justin Graves is a partner in the real estate team based in our Hull office.
He went to the University of Hull from which he graduated in 1991, before qualifying as a solicitor in 1994. He has worked exclusively in commercial property law since 2000.
Justin leads the commercial property team at the Beverley office. His acquisition comes as a welcome addition to the firm’s growing portfolio, which has seen it ranked in the Lawyer’s Top 200 law firms nationally.
He covers a variety of general commercial property work, including sales and purchases of land and buildings. He has also worked on development sites, as well as landlord and tenant matters. Further, Justin specialises in licenced property and has over 20 years of experience in the licensed trade.
Justin has a hands-on approach and always makes himself available for clients when they need him. His key areas of work include:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant and renewal of commercial leases
Estate management work
The whole spectrum of industrial estate development work from site acquisition to disposal of finished units
Acquisition and disposal of licensed property, particularly on behalf of large portfolio owners
In his own time, Justin holds a voluntary position on the holdings board for the Hull Ionians RUFC, using his specialism in commercial property to help look after the assets of the club.
