Caroline is a partner based at our Hull office within our residential property department. She deals with all residential property matters, including:

freehold and leasehold
shared ownership
new build
help to buy
purchases and sales
re-mortgages
transfers of equity
first registrations
auction sales
equity release

Caroline joined the firm in 2017, having worked as a solicitor locally for several years in Hull and the East Riding.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having graduated from The University of Hull with a BA (Hons) degree in History and American studies and then obtained an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the College of Law, York.
