Adam Ottley

About Adam

Adam is a partner within the Grimsby corporate and commercial team.

He advises on company sales and acquisitions, re-organisations and refinancing transactions. On the commercial side he provides advice on commercial contracts including supply and distribution agreements and terms and conditions.

In addition Adam has particular experience in dealing with a range of construction projects from the construction of large commercial and residential units, to complex process engineering installations in the renewable sector.

He graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class degree in Law. He also gained a distinction in his Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Manchester. Joining the firm in 2012 as a trainee, Adam qualified and worked his way up to senior solicitor in 2018 and became a partner in 2020.

Adam is a sector specialist in Energy and Renewables.
